offal salon
I was asked to read at the launch of offal salon, NYC’s lit salon & reading series 4 the freaks. It’s turned into a quarterly weird, semi-cerebral word vomit showcase, curated by Sasha Ravitch and hosted at Public Records. Other readers included O.F. Cieri, Isabelle B Hughes, Buffy Sierra, Gena Huynh, Victoria Lo Bue, Yunyu Teng, Indigo Carter, and Laura Albert.
I read a section from an unpublished story “Somewhere We Could Not Be Hurt” about a friendship so emeshed, their heads have coalesced like two melted gumballs with long hair and mouths for cigarettes.
